great location, but I can’t believe no one even offered to carry my bags, how rude! the room was way too hot too, and I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but nothing. kind of disappointing honestly. I almost left a great review, but just couldn’t push myself to do it. so absurd.

The breakfast offerings were incredible, with a truly extensive menu that catered to every preference, even custom requests if the ingredients were available!
The only minor downside was the steep staircase leading to our room, which may pose a challenge for some guests.

From the moment of arrival, the hosts provided exceptional service, including a courtesy text prior to check-in. The room was superb, equipped with a fridge for fresh milk and a wide selection of beverages. Breakfast was exemplary, offering a vast selection, including delightful granola yogurt and great options for dietary preferences. The location was conveniently close to the town centre and seafront.

fantastic walkable access to beach and attractions
the hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home while I enjoyed the quick walks to the nearby time and tide museum and the beautiful parks along the seafront.

Our stay was delightful! Julie and Gary truly made us feel welcome, right from the homemade lemon muffins at check-in to the spacious family room with a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Plus, it's just a short stroll to the beach with our little dog.
My wife says that the only downside was the lack of a dedicated play area for kids.

Families love this place
When we arrived, Julie greeted us like old friends, and even carried our bags up those steep stairs to the top floor. Breakfast was out of this world,, the variety was massive, they had everything, even fresh fruit and homemade muffins to take home.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for what we got, it was worth it.
